-Diagram of Volcano
-Types of volcanoes
1.Shield Volcano-Quiet eruptions spread out silicon-poor lava in flat layers. The buildup of these latyer forms a shield volcano.
2.Cinder Cone Volcano- When tephra falls to the ground after small eruptions, it forms a steep-sided, loosely packrd conder cone volcano.
3.Composite Volcano- A volcano erupts releasing gas and ash, forming a thephra layer, and then has a quiet eruption in which lava flows on top of the tephra layer. When this process is repeated it makes a composite volcano.
